Its only function is to plunder you some money at any cost regardless of suffering to insignificant laws, the environment, or even people.
That's right, you can deny your overworked wage slave employees privileges, benefits, rights, and of course most of the money they made for you! And the law will be on your side.
Corporations can control governments with legal bribery called lobbying.
Governments will even wage war or apply sanctions and taxes on poor countries until they give you everything you want, including the broken souls of the evil enemy population.
But you might ask, what if people realize my corporation is plundering the wealth of nations and the environment?
Don't you worry.
There are even media corporations to confuse people with brainwashing propaganda and public relations while they sell your corporation's frivolous, fashionable, disposable, and wasteful products. They will want them, even if they don't need them.
Don't fret even if things get really sticky, it's got a vicious fighting lawyer engine. [drive=prosecution, reverse=defence]
Worst case, you can always sell stocks before jumping ship with your golden parachute.

To reduce risks to our expensive defences, years of devastating sanctions and threat weaken enemies before attack.
Your Government only engages weak states that might be threats when they give up their defences.
Unavoidable enemy deaths and victims are liberating resources for a better future.
Our lives are worth more than their lives.
Military targets are what smart bombs destroy, what is not destroyed is not a military target.
Your Government only sells arms to brutal regimes and fascist tyrants it supports today.
The war business makes money flow around the world, building a greedier greater tomorrow!
